KMS Capital and Accordia Realty Ventures JV
acquires an 83,600 sqft commercial office property in Elmwood Park, NJ

Hackensack, NJ – KMS Capital today announced that it has closed its acquisition of River Drive II, a high quality commercial office property in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, in partnership with Accordia Realty Ventures.

The four-story, 83,620-square-foot building was purchased for $8.1 million from an entity controlled by Guggenheim Partners, LLC.  The property is located at 669 River Drive.  Monica Kang, chief executive officer of KMS Capital, commented: “We are delighted to make this investment in River Drive II.  This was a rare, off-market opportunity to purchase a well-maintained and leased office property situated on a corporate park setting with excellent access to major highways in the affluent Bergen County submarket of northern New Jersey.  We plan to deploy additional capital to lease up the remaining vacancies to create enhanced value for our investors.”
